Lamya is an aspiring Economics and Political Science major, currently in Dubai Scholars Private School. MUNs have been a huge part of her life, she has over 16 MUN experiences and has served as a delegate, chair and Secretary-General throughout her MUN experience. Her interests span from politics, economics, debate, public speaking to eating, sleeping and Netflix! For Lamya, MUNs provide a platform for students to discuss world issues they feel strongly about and debate and discuss solutions to those issues. Lamya hopes that all delegates, beginners or experienced, have a great time at AUDMUN 2020, especially at the International Court of Justice. Her advice to all delegates: research, engage, debate.
