  Deadline
  • Early registration ends on the 12th of December.
  • Normal registration ends on the 23rd of January .
  • Late registration (ongoing in case of availability) ends on the 25th of January.


  Fees
  • All prices are in Dirhams (AED) and inclusive of Value Added Tax
  • 40 for early.
  • 80 for normal.
  • 100 for late.


  Disclaimer
  • Availability will be on a first come, first serve basis.
  • There are absolutely no refunds once the payment has been processed.
  • Your committee preference and difficulty are to be taken into consideration but are not to be necessarily used.
  • Any alteration of the name submitted in the application would have a fee of 10 AED.

  Important Information
Delegates are required:

  • To follow the mandatory AUDMUN dress code policy during the online conference
  • To prepare a webcam before joining the conference’s online committee sessions
    • It is mandatory for delegates to keep their webcams connected and on throughout the sessions unless told otherwise
    • Failing to follow this requirement will and may result in consequences such as but not limited to:
      • Suspending the delegate from the conference
      • Limiting the activity and participation of the delegate
      • Any other consequence that the moderator(s) and the board may suggest
 
  Individual Registration
Payment Information:
  • We are only accepting card payment for individuals.
  • Your tax invoice will be sent to your registered email address after completing the payment.
 
  Delegation Registration
Cash Payment Details:
  • Cash payments for the delegation registration can be made through a transaction at any Al Ansari Exchange Branch.
  • Please make sure to provide your name/school's name as well as the faculty advisors', in addition to referring the payment to the American University in Dubai for the AUDMUN Conference.
  • Once the transaction is complete, please send out a copy of the Al Ansari Exchange Receipt to externalrelations@audmun.org.
