Thursday, November 1
1:30 PM – 10 PM

    (Stays on going till 5:00 pm)
    Registration

    Attendance will be recorded. Conference merchandise and conference booklet will be shared with the students.

  • 3:45 PM – 5:00 PM Opening Ceremony

    The official welcome to the conference by the Secretariat and guest speakers.

    Venue: Auditorium (Admin. Building)

  • 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM Committee Session #1

    Students debate in committees on specific topics

    Venue: B, C, E Building(s) as assigned

  • 8:00 – 10:00 PM Social Night

    An informal gathering for delegates to socialize and have fun. Dinner will be served.

    Venue: E Lawn (Behind Engineering Building)

Friday, November 2
8 AM – 7 PM

  • 8:00 AM – 11:30 PM Committee Session #2

    Students debate in committees on specific topics

    Venue: B, C, E Building(s) as assigned

  • 11:30 PM – 2:00 PM Lunch Break

    Admissions Booth in E Lawn, please visit it to win prizes and get to know AUD.

    Venue: E Lawn (Behind Engineering Building)

  • 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM Committee Session #3

    Students debate in committees on specific topics

    Venue: B, C, E Building(s) as assigned

  • 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM Break

    Break between committee session to allow delegates to interact pick up some light refreshments.

    Venue: To be announced

  • 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM Committee Session #4

    Students will be debating in their committees on the topics discussed with them.

    Venue: B, C, E Building(s) as assigned

Saturday, November 3
9 AM – 2:30 PM

  • 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM Committee Session #5

    Students debate in committees on specific topics

    Venue: B, C, E Building(s) as assigned

  • 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM Break

    Break between committee session to allow delegates to interact pick up some light refreshments.

    Venue: To be announced

  • 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM Closing Ceremony

    Distribution of awards and certificates to the delegates, followed by concluding speeches from the Secretariat.
